Time to give the tortoise some water on the shell and to drink. They drink a lot of water. The little baby coulden’t drink from the spoon so we had to give it on a leaf of basil.
This photos are taken in the beginning of the 1900 by Edwerd Curtis. The photos are so beautiful, the story fascinating and the project he did during that time must have been something above the ordinary.
